On November 5, 1975, Arizona lumberjack Travis Walton and six colleagues were driving home after work when they saw a glowing disc-shaped object hovering above the trees.

Out of curiosity, Walton got out of the truck to approach, but was suddenly struck by a blue-green beam of light, sending him flying backward. His panicked colleagues fled the scene in the truck.

When they returned to the scene, Walton had disappeared. Police launched a large-scale search but found nothing. His colleagues later passed polygraph tests, confirming the credibility of their testimony.

5 days later, Walton mysteriously appeared near a phone booth, disoriented. He later described being taken aboard an alien spacecraft and seeing multiple small gray aliens. His story was adapted into the classic film 《Fire in the Sky》（1993）.
